Image: City partners with sports development project The City of Cape Town’s Sport, Recreation and Amenities Department has partnered withWaves for Change, a youth development programme, to positively impact the lives of young people in Khayelitsha and Masiphumelele. The programme started in 2012 when 40 youngsters were taught how to surf.
